By accessing or using Successfied ("we", "us", "our", or the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
Successfied is an online exam-preparation platform offering mock tests, previous year question papers, and performance analytics for competitive government exams (currently UP TET and UP TGT, with more exams planned). Successfied is an independent preparation tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UPSESSB, any government recruitment board, or any government body.
Successfied does not guarantee selection, qualification, a particular score, or that any specific question will appear in your actual exam. Our mock tests and materials are built from previous year paper analysis, publicly available syllabus information, and topic frequency research — they are study aids, not predictions or leaked content. Your results depend on your own preparation and effort.
You must provide accurate registration information, including a valid email address and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Paid plans are one-time purchases valid for the duration stated at the time of purchase (e.g. one year) and do not auto-renew. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change for new purchases — existing access already purchased is never affected by a later price change. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.
Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You agree not to: share your paid account access with others, scrape or systematically download our question bank, reverse-engineer the Platform, use automated bots to attempt tests, or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without refund, in cases of clear abuse.
All content on Successfied — including questions, explanations, the Successfied Score™ methodology, design, and branding — is owned by Successfied or its licensors. You may use it for your personal exam preparation only, and may not redistribute, resell, or publish it elsewhere.
Successfied is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to exam outcomes, career decisions, or technical interruptions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
